Horrible and a Waste of Time

My younger cousin just got a Furreal Dog for Christmas. She was excited to use the app, but it will not work. We have tried everything from re-downloading to deleting previous apps she has been on. The Hasbro website says it works with everything including the iPod 4- which is what she has. Hasbro needs to fix it, there are already so many angry customers!
