Doesnt work on iPhone 5s nor iPad Air 2

Since the update, the app doesnt work on my iPhone 5s nor iPad Air 2.
Only had the toy for a couple of months and cannot use the toy with the app.
I demand either fix the app or refund the toy.
Owners, please keep complaining to Hasbro and keep writing the reviews.
