Crashing every time

I spent 20 min on downloading this stupid game a second time because the first time I wanted to play on it, it did not work. I suggest that all of the people whos game dose not work to delete it or write down a review all you need is the title and your nickname. I would really like it if you fix this game or you will hear more Bad reviews from LilyJ2014 and others!

0!!! Stars. What The ***k! I have been waiting weeks ! for this glitch to be fixed. But does hasbro really not pay attention to the fact that a new update does not work on any current technology. I have an iPhone 5s (and newest ipad) and before Christmas my daughter loved feeding, playing fetch, etc with her pet. But for the last couple months she has come to me every day asking to feed her dog and what am I supposed to say...?!? Im going to get rid of the thing.

At first this app was a great and easy-to-use bonus to the fur real pup. My daughter loved it. Something has changed. The app will not take you beyond the options page. Its incredibly disappointing that Hasbro will not stand behind its products/technology, especially when young children are involved.

This app works fine for my daughter on my iPhone 5s but wont work properly on my iPod touch. It goes back to my home screen after it starts up.

Readers dont bother downloading this app. During play you child will get a black screen. Frustrating for my child. Hasbro are useless people. Piece of s...t

I got this game and I thought yay finally because it took so long to load but when I opened the app it kept crashing and it does NOT do anything with the toy its so sad because I really like Hasbro and it just so sad I feel bad for the kids once they start it crashes and they cant play.Please fix it Hasbro Im so not happy right now.

After reading all the reviews, I was leery of even trying this app for my daughters (much asked for and finally getting for her birthday) pup. I sure didnt want any tears! But we had no trouble downloading it onto the iPad Air or using it. It took only a minute to load and has worked great all day. It is super cute the way the pup and app interact. Well worth it if you can work out whatever trouble your having!

This app is so bad I wish I could give this app 0 stars because when I turned it on it just shut down!!!!! I am 13 and I love my go go walking pup I just wanted to feed it.for all the people who wrote bad reviews good for you cus this app made my birthday sad!!!!!

My younger cousin just got a Furreal Dog for Christmas. She was excited to use the app, but it will not work. We have tried everything from re-downloading to deleting previous apps she has been on. The Hasbro website says it works with everything including the iPod 4- which is what she has. Hasbro needs to fix it, there are already so many angry customers!

It was great when we first downloaded it. My daughter wouldnt even use her dog she loved it so much. Now all it does is crash, crash, crash. And its SOO annoying. We havent been able to use it in weeks due to it crashing all the time. I really hope you listen to all of these complaints and fix this bug.

This is the worst app I have ever seen. My daughter has never been more disappointed in a toy. Now she knows what it means to lie, thanks Hasbro!

Very slow download on my iPhone

Everything needs to load every time you go to new screen.

Since update, app will not open past "Options" screen. (And we are using a device that is still supported.)

Cant get past options menu. Child is concerned Gogo is going to starve. Please help. Then Ill update my rating bc this app used to work.
