What kind of toy company sells a toy advertised heavily on tv as being able to work with an iPad and puts out a piece of crap app like this? My daughter just went to bed crying because she spent all her allowance on something that doesnt work. Hasbro this is terrible

We are using a device that is supported and the app is very slow or crashes. Go Go needs to bathe!

My 4yo loved the app as it was for her pup she got for Xmas. Now it wont let us get passed options. Please fix this issue! Using an iPad which is stated as being supported.

My 4 yo loved this app for her new puppy!! Once we got past the options issue by turning the volume on the options page all the way up, it worked great.

While my daughter still likes the puppy, were really disappointed in the app. Like others have said, it wont let you past options and the few times it has, it just freezes. I would also expect more interaction from the app if in fact it works after updates. I expected more from Hasbro for a $50 toy.

It used to be fine but now it either gets stuck at options, or makes you put the volume all the way up to get past it, and then once you try to give a bath it starts loading and goes black. Please fix, kids are upset! Using iPad Air.

Its now stuck on a screen thats not in English. I cant get it past that screen. Its locked up. :-(

This app was awesome and my daughter loved it! Now its broken and we cant get past the options screen. Shes now crying because we cant get it to work, thanks a lot!

App is broken PLEASE fix. Clearly there are a lot of sad children out there wanting to "feed" their pets. It wont go past options. Please please please fix and maybe make it a little more interesting while youre at it.

This is the going question when trying to use is app Mommie why wont it work and then she starts to cry. I wish I could fix but I may have to delete this app until its updated

I downloaded this for my daughter a couple of months ago and it worked great. I then deleted from my phone last month because it had been a while since she played with it. I downloaded it three times today to try and get it to work again. I cannot get beyond the options page. My daughter is upset. Please fix this.

Daughter loved this app in previous version. Says my device is supported, but app locks up on connect pup screen and cant get past it. Should roll back this version. Dont accept this update, if you want it to work. Useless now.

I am having the same problem as KRMeyer. I download the app and it will not sync. It says refer to Itunes for explanation. My wife is having the same problem and cannot get it on her phone either.

This app has been broken for a while. Please fix it.

Worked for a few months and now like many others it wont go past the options page. How about standing by your product Hasbro and fixing this? Or do you not care because you already have our money? Add my daughter to the list of disappointed children. I wont be buying any more of your products.
